Welcome to the new site. With so much happening I felt it was about time I updated everything. First off –
- The Diet Plan e-book has been revised and updated. If you own the older version the new update is free and should have already been emailed out to you. If you have yet to buy the plan you can do so using the links provided. Any problems just let me know.
- There is a new forum available for all Diet Plan users. This added support from others should complement the free email support I continue to provide. Here you can log in and track the progress of others, ask questions and record your own fat loss, body transformation journal!
